Kenna Homes is located South Charleston, right off the MacCorkle Avenue exit of I-64. It is convenient to banks, grocery stores, shopping, doctors offices, the post office, and restaurants. Public transportation, fast food restaurants, and the South Charleston Recreation Center are all within easy walking distance.

Affordable Monthly Maintenance Fees

The monthly maintenance fee, due by the tenth of each month, is set annually by the Kenna Homes, stockholder elected, Board of Directors. The fee covers your gas, water, electric, sewer, trash, basic HD cable TV, interior and exterior maintenance, structural insurance, and real estate taxes. Fees may be paid in the front office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am through 5:00 pm. Direct pay from your bank or personal checks from you are also accepted.

The 11 acre tree filled complex is criss-crossed with well lit sidewalks that provide oppurtunities for exercise and neighborly interaction. The commonly shared outdoor spaces are favorite gathering spots. The meeting hall is available for community and private events. Numerous security cameras provide documentation of the activities occurring through out the complex.

Kenna Homes is a multgeneraltional community consisting of four hundred stockholder owned living units. One, two and three bedroom apartments, located on first, second, and third floors, provide a variety of floor plans.
